The creators of The Kappa Kave started their online retail business venture with the BGLOGear website. Their original plan was to sell Black Greek Letter Organization paraphernalia of the entire Divine Nine. Since they were fraternity brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.®, they decided to start selling Kappa merchandise, after becoming licensed vendors through Kappa IHQ. After 2 years, it was time to re-brand the business to reflect their merchandise, for Nupes, by Nupes.
